Replacement Certificates and Transcripts
Please note, the University operates a self-service facility for the maintenance of student address details; the University cannot be held responsible for documents dispatched to incorrectly recorded postal addresses.
You can purchase up to 5 transcripts with a charge of £15 per copy. Transcripts can take up to 10 working days to process. This can be longer during busy periods.
Various delivery options are available, such as DHL Global Delivery, Royal Mail Recorded and standard national and international postal delivery. Further information can be found on our Online Shop.
Please note it was not University policy to provide academic transcripts prior to 2006. If you require a copy of your transcript for this period, you can request a copy here. There is a £30 administration fee to search for your record, however please be aware that we cannot guarantee the completeness of records for students who studied at the University prior to 2006 due to system changes and institution mergers.
Requests can take up to 20 working days to process and if we are unable to find your records we cannot refund the £30 fee. Please note that information on courses studied some time ago, and particularly those awarded before 2006, may not be fully available due to changes in record systems over time. We will always attempt to provide you with as much information as possible, and the applicant will be advised about this before completion of the request. .
Alternatively you can order an Academic Confirmation Letter via the online shop which can take up to 10 working days to process. Please note there is a £10 fee for Academic Confirmation Letters.
If your original certificate was not claimed within 12 months of being awarded, has been lost or damaged you can purchase a replacement

The University cannot be held responsible for postal service in relation to delivery of your documents.
IMPORTANT: If you require a pre-1998 HND/HNC/ONC certificate, you will need to request this directly from Edexcel (020 7190 4883), not the University of Salford, as we are not able to produce these documents.
